I seem to turn the speakerphone on on the 8330 by accident and then I can't turn it off. I bought the book but speakerphone is not in the index. What's the trick?

during a call, menu key, activate handset.

in that case, you'll want to hit the menu button (as it was stated above) and select activate bluetooth/headset, which ever one of those it is. activating handset will re-route to the normal receiving end.
