    Hi everyone! My name is Kelly. I'm an RN and mom to one son. I just got a Pink Blackberry Curve from Verizon Wireless. I love that I can read my emails directly on the handheld. There sure is a learning curve though. I'm pretty good with techie stuff so I'm sure I'll have it down pat by no time.

    Just gotta figure out if/how I can change the loudness and type of ringtone. Anyone know? Thanks!

    Have you tried increasing the volume while its ringing?

    That is what I want to do but I don't know how to turn up the volume nevermind change the ringtone.

    What specifically were you trying to change? the ringing volume for the sms text or the phone call? and what theme are you using? oh and welcome to CB!! I'm fairly new myself so I understand the confusion
