    Hello,

I am a new BB (8310) user. I just got it from my company (which has a BES).
I have all my email, contacts, calendar automatically sync.
I have also installed Google Maps on it.
I have a HTC p3600 with WM 6.1 for my personal phone.

    I have some newbie questions:
When I download a .jad from the browser where does it put it?
How could I delete the installation file (jad) to save some place?
Does it put it in the browser's cache?
I have Desktop Manager to access to all the media files but is there any tool I can use to access to the whole FS?

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Sethide.

You have a company Curve - don't start messing with configuration or you will lose the support of your BB admins. Go ask your BES guys if you need guidance - make them feel wanted.

And as for meddling in the whole file system - my advice is don't go there, the DM gives you the access you need for normal use and you don't want to play in the OS of a company device. If you have to ask, you Know Enough to be Dangerous.

I guess you are right, i just wanted to clean it up.
Almost the same question, can I keep a attached file from an email on my BB without keeping the email and then open it locally every time I need?
With DM, It seems like I can only transfer media files.

    Thanks a lot.
