Hello my name is monika, and I have had a bb for about 3 months and I love it lol. I am pretty new to this kind of technology however, and would appreciate any and all help I can get.
My first question now is
How is it that someone's pin number doesnt show on the bbm in your contacts? The contact info thingy on the menu list, well I opened it up for a person one day from my list and there was no pin, just their s/n and that they were "Active" which confused the heck out of me lol. my pin is 301F5477 if anyone wants to add me up for a chat

That is pretty weird! I tried my contacts and they showed the pin numbers in contact info- I'm not sure what would cause that. Feel free to add me on bb messenger also! 3191ae0f

First thing to try is a battery pull. With the BB on, remove the battery, leave out for 30 seconds or so, then re-install it.
