Hi and boy am I glad I found you!!

This site looks like it just might save me time and sanity. I'm not just new to BBs I never even had a cell phone (you may now pick up your jaws).:eek: My company gave it to me and now I am hooked!
OK, here's the stupidest question. I can't figure out how to change the ring when the phone rings or how to put it just on vibrate or anything. Where is that info?! Please.

Ok, I can't post URL's yet! :)

Scroll up to profiles on the main screen and hit enter and scroll down to Advanced. Highlight the active profile and hit Menu>Edit scroll to the event type (Phone) and change it as you wish. You can have different alerts for all events except SMS and VoiceMail, they share.

You can also go to Media > Ringtones > My Ringtones, and select the ringtone you want, press menu and set as phone tune to set a ringtone for your phone.

I prefer to use the zen theme because then all I have to do is scroll right and you are able to select your profile.
