Hello everyone,

I dicovered BB world 3 months ago and get many informations in CB. First I want to thx all people involved here for sharing all this knowledge.

I just bought a Bold after losing (dont ask me how ) a 8320, so I'll probably come back asking some questions if needed

You have some experience of BB so you should be familiar with the concepts. The first thing you need to consider is your software versions, before you satrt adding custom applications to your Bold (no point buying extras, then losing them in an upgrade). Most of the Bolds out there have a few problems early software, and the very early releases have a lot of significant bugs which will spoil your experience. I appreciate the acknowledgement. As I write this there are 12 responses here to the OP, all saying 'welcome' - and most don't say much more. Surely at least one or two other users have useful suggestions to share with new users.

Yes, there's a lot of info there - and don't miss the links in the sig lines. I like that idea... must get around to creating a 'useful' signature.
