"Anything" is pretty broad....Spend the next few weeks reading the Blackberry 101 Lectures and these forums and you'll learn a lot.
Welcome to CB!
"Anything" is very broad! which you will come to find - and depending on if you have addictive tendencies you may want to enroll yourself in a local program now for BB addiction!
In addition to the 101 lectures everyone has recommended thus far, I suggest learning to use the search function in the forums. It will save you a lot of headaches and let's say less than complimentary comments from others.
Welcome, good choice of devices, and enjoy the ride!
(And I didn't mean to suggest that this post falls in that category.)

A battery pull (taking the battery out while the phone is powered on) also known as a hard reset will solve alot of issues you may run in to. i.e. phone freezing, running sluggish, app not working properly.
a soft reset (alt+shift +delete) will help also if you run into issues.
Lots of shortcuts to learn, get familiar..
And yes, search is your best friend
