    Hello from Philly! I remember having my BlackBerry bold and using this site allll the time. I never posted on it though. Getting a sidekick 4g 2 years ago to replace my blackberry bold was the worst decision!!! But today I picked up the new Q10!! I love it so much, its a little hard to figure it all out because it is nothing like the bold, but I love it. I cant wait to get a case on it, so..

    Whats a better case? Plastic or rubber?
    Does a phone overheat with a case on? my blackberry gets a little warm (not hot) when I use it alot.

    Whats the fastest/ shortest option to turn the phone (phone calls, rings) volume on and off form silent and loud? The buttons on the side are media volume, so far I found Settings > notifications

    If you swipe down from the top you'll see a menu, in that menu the first time you tap the notifications bell you'll be prompted to decide what to do. Silent or Vibrate. Then all you have to do is tap that bell.

    THANK YOU!! I would have never figured that out, ha! what about hiding certain apps without deleting them? so they dont take up a square on my phone screen :P

    If you long press on any app until they start flashing. Then take one you don't wanna look at, hold it over another one you don't wanna look at and release. You'll be prompted to create a folder. Name it Junk or something and you won't have to look at them
