1. my bbm isn't working it wont let me add a friend of mine i put in her pin and it just says 'pending' what could be wrong?

2. how do you put ringtones on the storm i really don't wanna buy them to short for to much.

how do i access the app store i click on the apps tab but no store anywhere i check downloads to...

either. Go to the address on you phone and first off, click on the BB app world link to install app world. Then when you go to app world you can actually install apps on your phone.

You can also go to m.cellsea.com. That's where I get mine for free.

Does your friend have a data package for her BB? If not, BBM doesn't work.

i get tones from Free Ringtones, Logos, Mobile Videos - FunForMobile all free and they have alot just do a media search and you can find pretty much anything
