I received 2 blackberries and i need to find out how to change the password on them and also the blackberry messenger name as well( i do not know what the passwords are right now and i have no problem with the phone getting wiped all that means is i have to go through setup wiz again right?..also on the other one the tracker ball will scroll around but when i try to push down to select something it wont let me.. anyone know why?
