I was recently forced to give up my Palm, my carrier was only carrying the smaller Palm which I did not like, so I switched to the Bold. I have been nothing but frustrated since. My problem today is that I think my battery died during the night and it seems the phone has reset. I can no longer find the camera or pictures I have taken, it doesn't launch with the side launch button like it used to and is not found in my menu anywhere. Also, my email folders have disappeared and I cannot find the option to change profiles. HELP needed. If possible email me, or send a private message here, since I am also having trouble finding my post here or if anyone has replied.

Try taking your battery out for a few seconds with the phone ON, then put it back. That will force are a reboot and may clear up all the problems.

Thank you! That solved the problem. Now if someone can convince me that I will stop mourning the loss of my palm and learn to love my Bold!

My first PDA was a Palm Vx. It was a terrific device. Palm and BlackBerry do the same type functions in very different ways. There's a very good chance that in time you will get comfortable and happy with your Bold, but there will probably be a few functions that you'll always wish it did differently.
