just yesterday i got rid of my piece of ish sidekick and bought me my first blackberry ever. right now i'm definitely feelin this thing but i am extremely lost with what i should get (apps, threads, all that stuff). so if you guys could help me with any suggestions regarding anything i might need and get i would appreciate it.

Yea def go check out the 101, and also download the CB launcher at wap.crackberry.com from your phones browser. Be sure to delete the "www" out of the window

Definitely check out 101, then if you don't find what you need - reach out again. Another app I'd recommend is Beyond411 - great way of finding business, etc. on the fly. It can be a lifesafer! Welcome to CB!
