    Hi everybody,

    Newb. 'Nuff said.

    I'm trying really hard to figure out as much as possible for myself, but I need a little help here.

    I'm trying to create a BIS account so I can change my "sent by my. . ." signature etc. Here's what I've done so far:

    1) Tried to find a listing for the BIS site for Virgin Mobile. No luck.
    2) On my PC: looked at the web addresses for the BIS sites for Telus, Rogers, etc. and tried to extrapolate from them. Subbed in "virginmobile" and got the login/register screen.
    3) Entered my PIN and ESN.
    4) Got a message saying that an account already existed for that PIN.
    5) Re-entered the PIN and ESN several times, with the same result.
    6) Clicked the "Forgot password?" link and entered my PIN.
    7) Got a message on my Pearl saying "user name and password do not exist."
    8) From my PEARL: typed in the same address as above for the Virgin BIS site. Got a 503 "service not available" error.
    9) Posted here.

    Am I doing something wrong? Is Virgin trying to block my access? Any ideas?

    I'm not into the whole tech support experience ("Okay, Ma'am. First thing: Are you sure it's your BlackBerry you're holding, and not your makeup case?") so I'd rather ask you folks than call them.

    I tried to search the forums, but I guess I didn't have the keywords just right.
