For the past couple of days I haven't been receiving my e-mails on my BB. Today I tried to send out a test e-mail and I can't even send one. What do I need to do? It was working fine a few days ago...Thanks!
Try logging onto your BIS acount from your desktop and have service books resent, this is often the first thing we do to trouble shoot email problems, if that does not work try tech support but the service books should do it
Heh, if you are using the Facebook application on your Berry, you should get rid of it. This app has numerous known bugs and the issues you are describing are related to this app...
The problem i have been running into is that people have had the application for awhile and all of the sudden, no e-mails, low memory, low battery. The bug in the app is that Facebook tries to update itself constantly and uses all data communication to do so. This is the reason messages are not being delivered to your device...
Okay, I figured it out. I had to go back in and reset up my e-mail account. It was saying my account was invalid, so I validated it and it says I should have new e-mails in 20 mins. So, keep your fingers crossed for me!
