Hey guys!
I just bought a new Curve 8520. I'm completely new to this whole Blackberry thing... I'm trying to set up my bbm and I can't figure it out. The app came loaded on the phone already and I've tried to add contacts to my list but they don't get any notifications that I've requested to add them. I don't get any notifications either.. What am I supposed to do?? I'm so lost and confused! Lol

Do you have an active BlackBerry Data Plan from your phone service carrier/provider?

Without the proper data plan, you can't use BBM.
