    I have just got a bold and set up gmail on it, i have recieved some messages nice, but when i look at the gmail on my computer it shows messages that did not appear on my bold? why would that happen?

    Unfortunately I'm on wap right now and can,t help too much. Try Search Forums / advanced search / search posts by TITLE and type in Gmail. You will find a lot of existing and insightfull info on the subject of gmail and BB.

    Were they previous messages that you had received before you setup Gmail on your Bold? If so those mails won't be sent to your Bold it will only be the ones after you set it up.

    When you log into the GMail app, you have to manually refresh.
    It does not refresh on its own.
    In the GMail app click the Menu Key, then Refresh.
    You have to do this whenever you want to check new Email or update changes.

    He might not be using the app and just setup the pop mail.

    Well down loaded google apps. which has a g mail area, so on my screen i have a folder that gives my g mail address containing g mail items. i have a folder that says messages that has g mail messages in it and others. also have a g mail folder in the g mail apps that has g mail messages. do i keep all or delete some what do most of you guys use?
