I've got a 8330 and have been trying for the past 3 months to figure out (step by step for the computer impaired here) how to make my LED light stop flashing! My husband has threatend to burn my berry!! I have to turn it over face down @ night. Can someone please walk me through the process?

What I did was go into profiles and create a new one called Bedside. Go into each feature (phone, email, MMs, etc.) and set the tones to none and the LED (repeat notification) to none. Now it can charge, stay on and still receive data, email and my wife won't kill it/me.

Lol, my wife says the same thing, I just keep it out of the bedroom. Keeps our bickering to a minimum... Atleast when it comes to the phones. I feel your pain!

Just slide it in the case top first (just enough to cover the LED) so you can still charge it. It looks stupid but it's functional and the blinking is not noticeable. Been there, done that.

Ha my wife hated the flashing...I got bbalerts and have the led set to red which does not light up the room.
