All,

New to BB. I've downloaded a text file to the BB from an email (it was an attachment). Now how do I go find the file on the BB and open it? Word To Go doesn't recognize it, and I don't see any kind of Windows Explorer-type function to just view folders and find files.

The file explorer function is under the Media Icon. Media / Explore / Device memory or Media Card, if you have one. Your device is much newer than mine, so you may have a different capability, but I don't believe you'll be able to see an email attachment with the Explorer. If you use Mass Storage Mode to copy the file to your Media card, or to a docs folder in device memory, you can work with it there.
