Rebooted my phone. 7130C & now I have the enterprise log in icon on my phone. Anyone know what this is for and. Why it suddenly appeared? I've had phone for 3 months & this is the first time this has happened

It may have been hidden before. But, it allows one to connect to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), i.e. a work email 'type' server for BlackBerry...

Are you on a BES? You can probably just hide it.

If you are not a BES user then "Hide The Icon"

If you are a BES user then have you admin send you a new activation password and re run the activation.

I have seen some devices bug out after an update and the only fix was a wipe and load of the phone.

To the point where you delete the user and all the associated data with the user.

Then re associate then re assign the device.

it sounds like a lot but it like 10 clicks in BES admin.

And if done correctly you will have 0 data loss.

Been doing this a while now and it randomly happens and no idea why. I would say 1 a year I see this.
