    Hi

    I am a new BB owner, red curve 8310 on ATT, I am officially addicted.

    I set up my blackberry email address and now I have two folders, but emails show up in both folders how do I stop this before I go nutz...

    Is one titled Messages? If so, there is only one thing you can do, and that is "hover" on the Messages icon and press the menu button and select "Hide"

    go to "profiles" then scroll down to the bottom, select "advanced" then click the profile that says "active"

    From there, you can set alerts for everything
