For some reason, my new Q10 won't keep emails longer than 30 days which isn't good for business. I can't find a setting anywhere that allows me to keep my emails "forever" like I used to on previous BB's. I may have to go back to my Torch or Bold if this isn't a feature on the Q10. Please help! Thanks!

Another question I should have asked also was 'who's your email provider?'

The OS is Q10SQN100-3/10.1.0.4633. The email provider is with my company. But when I first got my phone, it saved all emails. When I did a software upgrade, it now only saves emails for 30 days. Any thoughts?

Give this a try. From the home screen, swipe down from the top and select Settings, then Accounts, tap on your email account. Tap "Advanced" at the bottom of the screen, and scroll to the very bottom. Tap "Sync Timeframe to see and select how long you want your email to remain on your device.

If this doesn't show for you, leave another message here -- you may need to delete, then reinstall the email account.
