ok ill reword this on my desktop mgr when i go to email settings i get email setting not vailable without online connection to msg system what could the problem be.. also whenn i try to download videos to my bb i get a warning says i need adobe flash can someone please help
Walk before you run, deal with one problem at a time. Clearly your device is not yet configured, and you are trying to complicate the issue by dropping incompatible video files onto it.
If you don't have connection to your provider's servers you can't configure the email service. http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/blac...e-series-4716/ should guide you through the mail setup.
When mail is working and you have access to internet, come back and ask if you need more help with other problems.
