    Ok - this is my first BB and out of the gate I'm already stuck. I'm trying to set up my first email account but get the message 'An account already exists for this PIN' 'Please try again'. What does that mean and how do I fix it?

    I'm guessing you bought it used. If so, call Sprint and have them delete the BIS account for that PIN.
