Trying to set up email on BB Curve. I click BBsetup,Personal email setup,this takes me to login , click on Create new account, this takes me to BB internet service email, click on yes and I agree this takes me to account setup with this message "Your account is not accessible via HTML browser.Please use your device to access BB internet service" So what am I doing wrong or do I not have something set up correctly
My father has AT&T and we had to call them to turn something on their end. after that 2 min phone call he can log in on his device and the web page. also are you using IE or Fire Fox.
