    I have a BB 8830, and have had it for about a year. Sprint is my provider. When I attempt to send an email, it looks like it has gone through on my end (I receive the check icon signifing this), but the person/people intended to receive the message to, do not get the email. I'm in NYC, and I'm not sure if it's a regional problem, or a common problem. At Sprint's suggestion, I wiped my handheld, and then restored it. The problem persisted. I have tried the "enterprise activation" tool, but I ran into a problem there as well. Any suggestions/solutions will be greatly appreciated.

    Resent the service books on the BIS site. Ensure your IMEI/PIN are updated as well.
