hi, I just got my new Blackberry Bold for AT&T. While this is not my first blackberry, I only had the Curve for a few months and never really fully understood how to do everything on a Blackberry. I then got a white Iphone 3G and recently decided I need to get back to Blackberry. My question is, How do I set up my school email on the Blackberry Bold? I go to St. John's university and they said they don't know how to do it. I appreciate all your help.
do a search for college emails on the forums. this came up a few times before, there were several ideas as to what needed to be done. some were forwarding the emails to another email addy, others were able to make it work. the emails that end in .edu seem to have given BIS some problems in the past.
