Okay, so I have a 8310 with a 4 GB media card that still has 3 GB unused. But, when I try to install an application, it says "Insufficient Space". Can I only install applications on the BB and not the card?

How else can I free up memory?

Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.

You cannot add apps to. Your memory card, only to your BB. Look under the BlackBerry Tips, How To & FAQ forum and search a thread about freeing up File Free memory

Also you want too have at least 12,000,000 mb of file free memory. If not you will notice your call log and messages being deleted. To check this go to Options>Status>File Free

I just saw an app in the crackberry store that will let you install app's to your media card.
