    I just installed DM for my BB from Verizon. I was backing it up and it says working at the top, but nothing is happening. It's frozen. Killed it through task manager and did a repair on the DM install. Still hung. Please help.

    It might be good to uninstall the version that is hanging up so you are starting fresh.

    Uninstalled/installed and still hung. Which version of 4.6 do I use?

    downloaded 4.6 and still hosed. Did a battery pull and this did the trick.
