So I just to go to the desktop manager from a link someone posted on this site, for me to visit on my blackberry.

I type in the address crackberry.com/crackberry.jad and it comes up with "HTTP ERROR 404: File Not Found"

What do I do to fix this?

and where is the place on this site that has the step by step video for installing the desktop manager

You should go there from your PC and download and install it. The files are about 200MB in size, depending on which version and whether you choose to use the Roxio Media portion.
