You have to use a computer. You go to your PROFILE and then EDIT AVATAR and you upload the pic from there...but it has to be pretty small, I think it's 100x100 max...but I'm not sure.

Welcome to CB :)
Log on your computer to add your picture as an avatar. Once you are on CB click user CP/Edit Avatar/scroll down to custom avatar and upload your photo. It has to be 80 by 80 pixels. You can use photobucket to resize your picture. I hope this helps.
