Somehow when I was setting up my BB I selected BES by mistake. This is my personal BB that I bought new.
I keep getting error messages that says the action is against my IT policy. I don't have an IT policy this BB is strickly for personal use.
How can I change to BIS?
    Thanks for your help.

You may have to do this.
    Remove IT Policy

you also may have to call your service provider to have them switch the settings in your account

Options --> Security Options --> General Settings --> Hit the menu key --> Select 'Wipe Handheld'

Now set it up the right way. Ensure you back-up your data first.

After much frustration my issue is now resolved. Thanks for all the help and advice on this forum.
AT&T said it was a factory setting that was incorrect and that I needed to hold alt, shift, delete at the same time for about 30 seconds and then pull the battery out. This reset the phone but I didn't lose any data. I am no longer getting the message about my IT Policy. I hope I never see that again.
