Is it possible to sync a BB to both a BES and a separate copy of Outlook via the Desktop Redirector?

I have a BES at work (I'm actually managing it, we only have 3 BBs including myself) and I also have my own Exchange server at home for my personal mail.

I'd like to be able to do push mail from home as well as using the BES for the office.

I've already played around with the BIS, setting it up through the Blackberry.com website, but this is slow since it is using IMAP/S to check my personal mail and doesn't seem to update very quickly at all.

If I can't use both the Redirector and BES, is there any way to speed up the message delivery from my personal inbox to the device?
