Hello Fellow BB Users, I've run into a slight issue and had to convert back to my BB 9930. My provider is Verizon and I've had a verizon.net account for 12 years and utilized it all the time.. I've been on several calls with various Verizon support groups that was unable to explain the conflict or unable to assist with resolving my issues with linking my .net account separate from the BB Z10 hub access.. Also, if I added the account to the hub, my email would not deliver.. So, my BB Z10 device was returned with disappointment and disgust. Can anyone provide me with some expert advise or direction???? Disappointed BB user seeking to upgrade...

Yes, as mentioned above, email forwarding is offered. It will only be done for one year. When I switched mine, they just had me go to a website and complete it from there, no issues. Below is the site where you actually do it. My vzw.blackberry.net mail has been forwarded since my switch with no problems.

If your BlackBerry hosted email address is also your BlackBerry ID username, go to Settings > BlackBerry ID to change your BlackBerry ID username before you do this.
