ok so i figured out how to request by pin and my friend said that it doesnt allow him to add me it says that it is still pending or whatever and in mine its the same he is still in my pending list. then he tried sending me a request and it doesnt let me add him! i want to be apart of the messenger thing too and it doesnt workkk!! i am getting really frustrated!!!!
oh and i have already tried using the blackberry 101 thing and i followed it exactly and i dont get what im doing wrong, is it because i didnt put his pin in my address book. pleaseeee help ASAP!! im ready to throw my phone out the window! thanks guys!

Happened to me when I got mine too. Both of you delete all requests both of you do a battery pull then only one of you add the other. If that does not work I cant help you.
