    Hi - just got the BB 8830. I am having a hard time receiving emails. The only time they come in is when I log onto my BBVerizon account and enter the ESN (dec) and (hex) numbers. The only problem is they do not stay entered into the BBVerizon account. I also am still receiving emails on my old BB device even though I change the PIN to the new device.

    I spoke to a rep at customer service and they checked everything and it all seemed fine. I just sent myself an email over 30 minutes ago and have yet to receive.

    Has anyone experienced this?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You should have enterd the Pin & IMEI number! Further more call Customer Service, and have them do it for you...
