    Hello all,

    I've been unable to backup my 8900 recently. The process starts but then I get some kind of error message.

    I've tried to re-install the desktop manager but it still craps out.

    Any suggestions?

    this may help > open dm (8900 conected)> backup/restore> advanced>scroll down to browser data cache > high lite and select clear, now do regular back up > you may have to clear data cache before every back-up
