I have to be completely honest here, I left blackberry and went back to apple after having lots of issues with 5 different z10 devices, yesterday I returned and after the 10.1 update my experience is much better. I love the device again and more importantly it does the things I really need the phone to do for my business. For me leaving blackberry gave me a better understanding what features on a smart phone were more important. In the end apple wasn't it. It's great to be back.

Might I suggest you edit your thread title to something like "I'm back" or "10.1 brought me back" though? When I saw a thread called Returned.. I immediately assumed I was coming in here to roll my eyes about someone making an entire thread to let everyone know he just returned his Z10..

I had to use a Iphone 4 for a day while waiting on a Z10 to get shipped to me. Worst phone ever. I don't see where Iphone get so much love.
