    Hello

    Shelved my IPhone 4 dusted off the old Bold 9700 to keep me going for the next 2.5 months until I get my upgrade. That will be the Q 10
    I get an upgrade every year so my Bold was only used for a year.

    Can't wait to get that new phone

    Well I got my Q10 and for the most part I love the phone. However, two weeks after I got the phone it kept crashing/restarting.

    I called Bell, they gave me a new one on the spot. I've had the new phone for1 and already one restart.

    I'm not a happy camper, apparently this is a known problem. Anyway I have 3 weeks left on this month long full replacement warranty that comes with the phone. If I get another automatic restart I may go back to the Iphone.

    It's weird to hear of these random reboot issues. I have had my Q10 for almost a year and, knock on wood, have not had one odd issue. The phone has worked well. My one and only complaint is about the rollout of 10.2, which is taking far too long IMO.
