I would like to first introduce my self, My Name is Rick I am 37 years old, my parents were good to me growing up, i did not experience any major tramuma and i am ready to face my problem my current addiction to my phone.

I look forward to sharing and opening up to everyone about my addiction problem and accepting i have a problem, and i have now made it to a point in my life where i realize i must deal with it and allow the pain to flow so i can truely be free.
