Hi,

I hope someone can help me here!

I just bought a new blackberry pearl from Carphone Warehouse online, the service provider is Orange.

When I try to activate my BIS account by entering the PIN & IMEI I get an error message saying 'already registered with another service provider'.

I don't know where to start, any advice would be appreciated?

Hi Ashleigh

Go to your email settings icon. You can set up from here and the usnername and password you create can be used on the Orange website.

I don't seem to have an email settings icon?

I've also tried to set up an email account through the set up wizard I only get 2 options - either set up a work email account or skip the email stage.

I've finally got it working. It seems Orange had not activated my Blackberry Plan!
