Hey everyone.

So I have the Curve 8330 With SASKTEL and I have a few questions... Lol How or can I even watch YouTube videos on my Device? Also can I change my little red blinker light to any fun colours like when I get a text it would be blue and email it would be pink or something like that. i Know the Trackball cant change but can the LED light change? Thanks muchly!

Youtube works just fine on the 8330.

What OS are you running? Try blueapple.mobi. Also, try BBAlerts to change the colour of your LED indicator.

On your device, if you go into

Options > About . . right under SMARTPHONE (The 3rd Line) it will say the software version . . Example: Mine says v4.3.0.127 . .This is what she means by OS

I have that version of the OS and Youtube works fine on my device.

Are you using the mobile site? m.youtube.com

That site is specifically formated for mobile devices and will allow you to play videos right through the native media player.

I get that format error sometimes...I just chalk it up to "some" videos won't play on a BB.

where is this BBalerts that you mentioned. i search it on the CB store and nothing came out.

The poster has an 8130, it should have OS 4.3 on it. Youtube is supported on OS versions 4.3 and higher. Just go to YouTube.com. If it doesn't work, go to your browser's options and make sure that emulation mode is set to BlackBerry.

Make sure you are using the BB Browser, and you have the emulation mode set to BlackBerry.

It is set To Blackberry and I am Using BB Browser... lol ugh
