I have a bb curve 8830 just recently purchased from Bell. The issue is my service provider is Rogers. I am getting duplicate emails each time, what can I do to fix?
I set up a blackberry.net account and have currently my outlook rogers account forwarding all email to my bb. I believe this is the problem as it's delivering one msg from rogers and duplicate from blackberry. If I do not have the bb email set up, I get nothing. Can anyone assist? I am so frustrated.
