Can 1 Device Manager be used to manage 2 devices or do I have to load both Device Managers separately for each phone?

    Thanks!

No problem. The desktop will recognize them and identify by the pin.

I have a similar questions regarding DM....I have 3 devices in my household...all are on Verizon Network. 1 is an 8830, 1 is a Pearl, and 1 is a Storm. Can I use the same DM for all 3? And how would I go about doing software updates for each? Do I have to add and remove files from the loader for each? Any help is much appreciated!!!

    Bcarp22,

You would need to install the OS for each phone into your PC. Then when you connect your BB to DM, it should read the correct OS for that phone and allow you to do an update.

Be sure to follow all instructions on updating an OS. Especially backing up. I've read too many stories of things going wrong during OS updates.

    Best of luck to you.

Edit: For the storm you will likely have to use DM 4.7. Although I've read this version causes issues for other devices. Search around crackberry.com for the latest scoop on this. If you didn't have a storm, I'd recommend using 4.6 without the media manager. But your situation is unique. Perhaps some of our resident addicts can share their wisdom with you on how to proceed.
