I've just recently done a full device wipe and reload of my o.s.

I installed the old BlackBerry messenger that came with my 4.5.0.174 and upgraded to the 5.0 version via App World. After the install and restart BBM is no where to be found on my home screen or the shortcut to the program.
If I go in to applications, it is listed as installed.

I will try to re-send my service books but T-Mobiles BIS site is down or broken of course... definitely not talking to T-Mobile support, despite my BBM problem I'm having a good day and dealing with T-Mobiles cs will for sure ruin that.

I've went to host routing and clicked the register option, I received the confirmation then did a battery pull.. still no BBM.

    Please help!

Thanks rachel, but when I go to App World to re-download it says installed and the only option I have is to run which doesn't work

Is it in a folder? Downloads? Instant Messaging?

Its definitely not in a folder since I don't have any and all of my home screen icons are visible, before I tried re-installing I sent my service books and it dissapeared from my applications and when I re-installed it was listed as installed but I still couldn't find it anywhere. It worked before I did the wipe and reload of my O.S

If its available in your App World app then its likely to be compatible for your phone and operator.

I did a full wipe and a re-install including and excluding the BBM software included in the OS package, and still getting the same results
