Does anybody know if there's a way to display text messages as conversation threads on the 8330? I'm looking for something like the Centro or the Pre has.

If you load the 5.0 leaked OS version, it has threaded SMS.

You can also try the app called 3Jam. It will thread your SMS messages like what you are wanting. I am using it and only have good things to say about it.

You can take a look at it at:

Since I have the 8330m and can't download the 5.0 OS, I use Empower's SMSViewer for threaded texting.

Make sure you are 8330 only and not 8330m if you want to do the 5.0 OS update (Options>About).

Is the only 8330 you get now all 8330m? Or can you request a 8330?

read the stickys or blackberry 101'2 on reloading your os. It is not hard but you need to know your blackberry a little bit or the instructions to load the os.
