Okay so I'm either going to sound like a psycho or really dumb.

I, Person A, sent a text to Person B, via MMS to their Blackberry (I'm not sure which model he has but I think it's the same as mine). The message did the typical radio signals, and then check mark that it was sent.

My question is, I was informed by a friend of Person B that they turned off all text services except BBM. So did my text actually reach their phone?

If it didn't, is there any way to add someone on BBM if you just have their phone number?

I'm sorry, I know I sound like a creepy stalker girl, but I'm trying to do this is the most low key manner possible.

If they are a friend they would likely just give you their pin.

It's complicated - I don't get to see them very often. Nevermind I guess.

If the person blocked the text message services on their device, the message would not be delivered in any manner to the device.

And no, you can't add someone to BBM by their phone number
