    I just returned to BlackBerry from Android and T-Mobile was telling me today that RIM has removed the options from all carrier websites where you can't edit your account anymore (change password, edit signature, etc)...yet when I still seem to have access to them on T-Mobile's site.

    I searched on Google for this but came up emtpy handed. Was the tech support agent full of BS or what?

    Carrier tech support is full of BS. I logged into BIS on my PC this morning to push service books to my 9900 on AT&T.

    New accounts - at least for Telus - do not have access to the carrier site and must be configured on the device using the email setup app.
