Now I have a lot of conversations going on my BBM, and I usually clean out my phone [delete all emails, text, etc etc] twice a day. 2pm, and the end of the night. Including the BBM.

I have it checked on my blackberry to "Save chat history" on my media card.

If I close the conversation, can I still go back to "view chat history", and it will be there?

Yes it will still be there and will be organized according to the other person's pin and then date. You can also open the files with excel to view on your computer.

You're welcome. It's a nice feature. I've gone back to look at convos that I had a couple days ago and continued convos I was having right before installing 5.0.0.140 after.

Another question, I tried and it didnt CLOSE the convos, but rather kept them open. Does that use my app memory?

Bring up texts (SMS), scroll up to the date, hit the menu button and delete prior. This is a mass delete function that will delete ALL SMS/MMS etc prior to the date selected.

    Hope this helps!

Same question as paulie1990, how did you save the bbm chat to your media card? I don't see that option available. Using a Tour on 5.0...591.

I believe that you need BBM 5 to be able to save chat history. You can get the most current version of BBM by going to http://blackberry.com/messenger
