    Just wondering if anyone can help me?
    I've recently purchased a Bold 9700.
    It worked fine for a few days and now I cannot send any BB messages, but I can receive them.
    I can make phone calls but they only last 1 minute then it shows call failure.
    It sometimes lets me connect to the internet, but not very often, it's so frustrating.
    Under my services status it says.. Blackberry Enterprise Server : Not connected.
    I've tried battery pull, and changing a few things but nothing works.

    Are you on BES or BIS?
    Have you called your carrier about this?
    Have you tried updating the device software by plugging it into desktop manager?

    More info would help.

    Is your network GSM? First place I'd start is your local service provider store, if it is GSM you can simply have your sim card replaced and go from there. After that it's gotta be something on the network that's not providing you the right provisioning. Have the rep call customer service and tell them what's going on, then do some troubleshooting with them.

    This really sounds like carrier problem. Also, out of curiosity, you should be on BIS for normal user. BES for enterprise.
