Is there a way for me to playback voice notes (in .amr format) directly in media player without having to convert the files?

The organization I work for requires the use of Windows Media Player, however adding a codec should not be an issue.

I read that my enabling .AMR as a supported audio codec and H.263 as a video codec that ffdshow would work, but it did not work for me.

    Any help would be appreciated.
